Cora Tomkins has the ability to create a liquid that, when mixed with water, makes the drinker progressively younger. This can be considered a type of fountain of youth. A few sips regress the drinker a few years and if they drink enough they will be regressed into childhood even loosing the associated memories of adulthood. Richard Tyler Planned to use this drink to regress Isabelle Tyler into a baby so he could raise her and grant her a second chance at a normal life. Cora could also undo the effects of her ability and return the drinker to their original age, though this appears to exhaust her greatly.
