Michael Ancelet is a "4400" who worked security with Richard Tyler at the 4400 Center.

Daddy's Little Girl[]
When NTAC came looking for Richard Tyler, Jordan gave agents Tom Baldwin and Diana Skouris Michael's name and location in the hopes they could track Richard down. NTAC met Michael at his home where he was in the process of writing his life story, surrounded by volumes of his life leading up to the third grade which he had just began writing. He was compelled to write out his history because his ability allowed him to remember everything with perfect accuracy and he needed an outlet for all this information to prevent him from going insane. Tom and Diana threatened him by saying that they would arrest him as an accomplice to Richards crimes and wouldn't allow him to write down anything. Michael then reluctantly revealed Richard's hiding place.
4400 Ability[]
Michael's ability of Eidetic Memory allowed him to perfectly recall the events of his entire life with perfect accuracy. This ability proved to be overwhelming for him and he began to write out his life story to provide an outlet for all the information building up in his mind.
