Ken Jones (born 20 February 1930) is an English actor. Jones was born in Liverpool, England and after working as a sign writer and amateur acting, he trained at RADA and joined Joan Littlewood's Theatre Workshop. He has appeared in many films and television programs and played a lead character in the British sitcom The Squirrels, but is perhaps best remembered for his role as 'Horrible' Ives in Porridge. He also appeared in The Liver Birds as Uncle Dermot.
He is married to actress Sheila Fay, who is also from Liverpool.
