Evee is a young woman who took promicin and gained the ability to make people fall unconscious, which is triggered by her cricking her neck. While on the run from the government for taking promicin, Evee was led by Jordan Collier and 99 other "Promicin Positives" to Evanston, but left after NTAC found out about the secluded community.
