Dr. Anapurn is a doctor who works at a hospital (shown in episodes "Rebirth" and "The Ballad of Kevin and Tess"). She was mind controlled by Tess Doerner (in The Ballad of Kevin and Tess), and was compelled to release Diana Skouris from the hospital to allow Dr. Burkhoff more time with her to complete his injections of promicin.
