Dante Ferelli was a "4400" who used to eat with Wesley Hauser back in Quarantine. He was interrogated by Tom and Diana, but claims that he wasn't friends with Hauser. He just enjoyed Hauser's war stories.

Tom Baldwin and Diana Skouris interrogated Ferelli to make sure if he knew anything about Wesley. He claimed no and was released, running away and leaving his fate unknown.
