The user of this ability can separate their consciousness or "spirit" from their body and instantly send themselves anywhere they want. In this form they are a "signal" and cannot interact with the world or be seen or heard, essentially a ghost. In this astral form the user will appear as they see themselves. Audrey Parker was an elderly woman but when astral projecting she appeared as her younger beautiful self. If a person dies while using this ability there astral form will live on. When in this astral state the user can interfere with existing electronic signals like a recorder or computer, even leaving messages behind. However, when they interfere with existing signals a small part of themselves dissipates and eventually they will fade away, dying.
