Ability neutralization is the ability to take away, or nullify, an ability.

Limits[]
During the course of Season 4, Jordan showed the ability to take away the powers of other promicin positives. He seemed unable to take the abilities of the 4400s but used his ability on those he saw as a threat to humanity. Jordan was also immune to certain abilities, such as Graham Holt's ability to Compel worship.
